Justice League: Cry For Justice #4
Issue 4 of this 7 part Justice League: Cry For Justice mini-series finds Green Arrow entertaining second thoughts about Hal Jordan’s methods to achieve justice for their fallen comrades as the group of rogue leaguers continue to seek clues as to exactly what villain Prometheus is up to. Writer James Robinson has done a good job so far depicting the emotional turmoil our heroes face while they balance which actions and tactics are effective versus morally right. There also appears to be a significant push in this title to set up Prometheus as a major baddy in the DC Universe which seemed to be the idea when he first showed up but later appearances had somewhat watered down. Mauro Cascioli’s art also continues to impress me with the fantastic visuals presented in this issue. Even something as simple as Jay Garrick running comes across as dynamic. The art alone in this series is good enough to make this a must read for Justice League fans.
